You have selected this category because you want to withdraw your child from Chapel Hill Middle School for the 2023-2024 school year to attend another school. Please complete the following steps to withdraw your student.
Step 1:
Complete virtual withdrawal form. (Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response) for the 2023-2024 school year.
Step 2:
Email Chapel Hill Middle School registrar at [email protected].
In the subject , please give student's name and Date of Birth and attached an ID for verification of student's parent/guardian (driver license, passport, visa). Parent/Guardian must be listed as guardian in the system.
Step 3:
You will receive a withdrawal confirmation email with a withdrawal packet. Please have the new school request records through email at [email protected]
