Chromebook Repair and Replacement Information
We are experiencing a large number of students damaging their devices. Please be advised that Chromebook repairs take a significant amount of time due to the volume of repairs that the District is taking on. Remind students frequently to take personal responsibility and extra care of their devices. Students should not leave their devices unattended or loan their device to another student. Please be reminded that students and parents are responsible for their devices, as outlined in the Digital Dreamers User Agreement that was signed prior to receiving a District Chromebook.
Please see the attached Digital Dreamers Device User Agreement for information regarding lost or stolen devices.
Lost or stolen devices are the sole responsibility of the student and parent.
Replacement devices can be purchased through the Digital Dreamers website. Detailed instructions are attached on how to purchase replacement devices. The same website can also be used to purchase replacement chargers if necessary.
